Mission
A restoration project that began in 2015 aimed to recover a space in the historic centre of Agrigento and fill it with people, music and cultural events of all kinds. Under the golden tufa arch and the vintage lights, the beautiful black board above the Buttigliera, the somewhat dark and informal ambience, we believe we have succeeded, in the ancient heart of Akragas, in recovering those emotions that fuel the positive vibrations of the city’s historic centres.
VISION
Carisi offers above all wines of the territory, delicate cocktails, Sicilian and foreign beers in combination with the excellence of the island’s delicatessen and artisanal cheese production. Furthermore, the constantly evolving gastronomic project researches and promotes the nearby excellent productions to be discovered by customers who demand the best.
